Trouble Accessing Poker on Mobile? (DE, MI, PA, WV)

If you are having trouble accessing the Poker section in the app, such as the app getting stuck, not showing poker, or not letting you join a game, a quick restart usually solves the problem. Here’s what to do:

1. Fully close the app on your phone.
   • On Android, open the app switcher and swipe the app away or tap “Close All.”
   • On iOS, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe the app away.
2. Reopen the app.

That should restore normal access. There is no need to uninstall or reinstall the application.
